All our engineers have completed the CompTIA Network+ course and have an average length of service of 7 years, meaning they fix problems quickly and effectively to keep your business communicating.

How can you report an issue with your phone system?

We make our maintenance services accessible to you in a number of ways.  Our online fault reporting system is available on our website, and allows you to report phone line, handset or software related issues. We also have a dedicated maintenance team, meaning you can call to report any issues and speak to a highly trained member of our team.

Who will fix your issue?

We’re proud that 80% of the phone system related issues reported are resolved by our maintenance team at our headquarters on the same day. If there is something more serious that requires an engineer to visit your premises, we have engineers all over the UK, meaning we can visit you quicker than others in the telecom industry.

Where are we based?

We have engineers based all across the UK, and our Head Office is in sunny Bournemouth, adjacent to the airport. This is where we answer all of our support calls.

What levels of maintenance do we offer?

We provide maintenance and support with every phone system we install. If your business has requirements for phone maintenance outside of normal office hours, there are a number of options available which our consultants will be happy to discuss when they meet face-to-face with you.
