Additionally, the company can manage all incoming calls using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) to see which member of staff is in, or on the phone (especially good for companies with more than one office location), monitor call times and busy periods and promote awareness of the products and services on offer by the use of the On-Hold Marketing feature.
